I can not speak highly enough of the work that was completed. I had to hire them as unfortunately a family member ended up willing a condo that needed beyond cleaning and required a decontamination. It was apparent that the family member gave up and had the obvious hording situation and also issues with animals which was a big big problem. After numerous issues with a rude and obnoxious neighbor, having to change plans and use a different set of stairs and also working in a condo that had no a/c while it was extremely hot and muggy, they managed to clean the place out and get rid of all the horrible smell from the left overs of unattended animals. Which was more impressive was through all of these issues they were more than gracious and understanding of my personal situation as well as giving top notch customer service. They even helped check the hvac unit for a leak which was clearly not part of their expertise. I can not say enough how awesome they are and highly recommend these guys if extreme situations require junk removal and decontamination.

Between a busy schedule, the chaos of 2020, and depression, my home became an overwhelming wreck. It made my condition worse, and was beyond something I could handle myself. I talked with Becca to ask for help, and from the first phone call she was compassionate and understanding. I was very anxious when the team arrived because of how ashamed I felt, but not once did I feel judged. They did an amazing job and were kind and friendly the entire time. Bio-One completed an entire clean out and interior demolition of an apartment unit where there had been hoarding. This level of hoarding was like nothing I've ever seen before. The quickly came in and completed the work in only a few days. The end results was better than expected and within budget. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I struggle for words when trying to explain how amazing my experience with Bio-One has been. Between anxiety, ADHD, and multiple traumas, the least of which included COVID, my place got completely out of hand and overwhelming. From the initial estimate meeting with GM Brian to the actual day of with Easton, Tim, and Nicole (and Brian even rearranged his schedule to make sure he could stop by for a period of time too!) the whole experience has been wonderful. They helped me remove junk that overtook my space, and I will also be working with them to do a deep clean to completely restore my home back to normal.
